Message	tools needed beyond a screw driver and crescent wrench, and "0 wrench" is putting gas in the car or turning on the wipers, etc. I would say the 120K TB is a 4 wrench job unless one has done it several times the # of wrenches reduces. But if you feel the power study the DIY link provided and you decide. Your shop will probably charge $1K labor. We are here to help when you get stumped. This is an interference engine so careful location of the belt on install is a definite - look and check TB position at least twice before starting engine. As for maint stuff during a TB service flush out the cooling system, replace all rad hoses and transfer hoses, heater hoses, use good clamps that seal well especially in areas where they are difficult to get to after assembly.
